Susan Banyas, writer and choreographer who now lives in Astoria, is the author of "The Hillsboro Story, a Kaleidoscope History of an Integration Battle in My Hometown" and "No Strangers Here Today," about her Quaker kin’s participation in the Underground Railroad.
