west coast composers

America’s finest newspaper music critic, Mark Swed, finally calls out California’s many music festivals on their too-frequent refusal to program music from, well, Californians, or other West Coast composers.

Alas, we could say the same about too many of ¬†Oregon’s non-pop music festivals. And we shall.
